Solution 1: Check OneDrive Service Health
Step 1: Open browser and visit the Microsoft Service Health official page.
Step 2: Verify that OneDrive service at the left-hand section showing green checkmark and detail message is Everything is up and running.
Solution 2: Click on Recycle bin Folder
Step 1: Click on Recycle bin Folder.
Step 2: Then click the Shared Folder.
Solution 3: Access via OneDrive mobile app
Step 1: Open browser and visit the Microsoft OneDrive download page.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom section until you see Get the OneDrive mobile app.
Step 3: Enter your mobile number or email address int the textbox and Microsoft will send you a download link.
Step 4: Alternatively, you can visit Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download and install the OneDrive mobile app (iOS | Android), sign-in with your account and see if the same error code show.
Solution 4: Contact Microsoft Support
Step 1: Open the browser and visit the OneDrive help & learning page.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Contact Us hyperlink associated with Get support.
Step 3: Type in the detailed problem description in the text box below How can we help?.
Step 4: Click the Get Help button and the list of error related articles will show.
