Summary
- Copilot in the designer for cloud flows and agent flows is reaching end of support.

- Users can still create, edit, test, run, and troubleshoot flows directly in the designer using templates, the expression editor, flow checker, and run history.
- Microsoft recommends using the Power Automate plugin in a supported AI assistant or connecting to Microsoft Copilot Studio with MCP for natural-language flow building.

On November 30, 2026, Copilot in the designer for cloud flows or agent flows will have reached end of support.
How does this affect me?
Makers will no longer be able to use Copilot in the designer for cloud flows or agent flows. This deprecation doesn’t delete, move, or change existing cloud flows or agent flows, including flows created or edited with Copilot.
Makers will still be able to create, edit, test, and run cloud flows and agent flows in the designer, including starting from templates. Flows may also be edited directly in the designer, using the expression editor to write expressions, and using the flow checker and run history to troubleshoot.
What action do I need to take?
Please communicate as appropriate with your Power Automate and Copilot Studio users.
To keep building and editing flows in natural language, please use the Power Automate plugin in a supported AI assistant, such as GitHub Copilot, or Connect to Microsoft Copilot Studio with MCP.
