Solution 3: Enable Secondary Logon service
The Secondary Logon service must be enabled for Blizzard games to install and run on an account without administrator permissions. Apply below instructions to enable Secondary Logon service in Windows.
Step 1: Press the Windows + R key to open the Run box.
Step 2: Type service.msc in the Run box and click on the OK button to open the Service Management console.
Step 3: Scroll down to locate the Secondary Logon service, right-click on it.
Step 4: Select the Properties option from the context menu.
Step 5: Select the Automatic option under the Startup Type dropdown menu.
Step 6: Click on the OK button.
Note: Some security programs may turn off or disable the secondary logon service. If the service is disabled again after you’ve switched it to automatic, you must configure the security program to stop disabling the service automatically.

Step 1: Use the Activity Monitor to quit all Agent, Blizzard Battle.net desktop app, and game processes.
Step 2: Open the Finder.
Step 3: Select the Computer from the Go menu on the system menu bar.
Step 4: Navigate to the /Users/Shared directory.
Step 5: Delete the Battle.net folder.
Step 6: Navigate to the /Applications directory.
Step 7: Delete the Battle.net or Blizzard Battle.net desktop app folder.
Step 8: Hold down the Option (Alt) key and select the Library from the Go menu on the system menu bar.
Step 9: Delete the Battle.net folder in ~/Library/Application Support/Blizzard
Step 10: Navigate to ~/Library/Preferences and delete the following files:

- com.blizzard.launcher.plist
- net.battle.net.app.plist
- net.battle.Authenticator.prefs
- net.battle.Identity.prefs
- net.battnet.battle.plist
Step 11: Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to remove any remaining Battle.net desktop app helper applications.
Step 12: Empty Trash.
Step 13: Restart the macOS.
Step 14: Login macOS using user account with Administrator right.
Step 15: Browse to Blizzard Download page to download the latest version of Blizzard Battle.net desktop client application.
Step 16: Reinstall the downloaded Battle.net app.
Solution 6: Manually reinstall digicert SSL certificates
Follow the steps below to manually reinstall the digicert SSL certificates:
Step 1: Browse to DigiCert Trusted Root Authority Certificates.
Step 2: Locate the DigiCert Assured ID Root CA under the Root Certificates section and click the Download DER/CRT option.
Step 3: Double-click on the downloaded DigiCertAssuredIDRootCA.crt and click on the Open button.
Step 4: Click the Install Certificate…
Step 5: Select the Local Machine and click on the Next button. If the User Account Control dialog box pops up, click on the Yes button.
Step 6: Select the Place all certificates in the following store option and click on the Browse button.
Step 7: Select the Trusted Root Certification Authorities option and click on the OK button.
Step 8: Click the Next button.
Step 9: Click the Finish button.
Solution 7: Download certificate for Linux Firefox
Step 1: Close any running linux firefox.
Step 2: Execute the following command to install the wine firefox:
env WINEARCH=win32 winetricks firefox
Step 3: Browse to DigiCert Trusted Root Authority Certificates with wine firefox.
Step 4: Locate the DigiCert Assured ID Root CA (Download PEM | Download DER/CRT) under the Root Certificates section and click the Download option.
