Macs with M1, M2, M3 chips are engineered to seamlessly run iPad apps. However, this necessitates developers to optimize their apps for Mac to circumvent any compatibility issues.
Currently, setting up Among Us on M1, M2, M3 Macs is a straightforward process. Here’s how:
- Launch the App Store and input ‘Among Us’ in the search bar located at the top left corner of your screen.
- Among Us might not be immediately visible in the search results. To find it, click on the “iPad and iPhone apps” tab.
- Upon clicking the tab, Among Us will be displayed. Click on “Get” or “Install” to download it. If you’ve previously downloaded Among Us, the icon may appear as a downward-pointing arrow.
- You’ll be prompted to enter your Apple ID’s password before the download begins.
- After entering your credentials, the download of Among Us will commence, followed by automatic installation.
- Post-installation, the ‘Get’ button used for downloading will transform into a ‘Play’ button. For future access, you can simply right-click on the Among Us icon in the dock and select ‘Keep in Dock’.
