Roots of Pacha is a village-building simulator set in prehistoric times. As a farmer, your job is to grow crops to sustain your clan. But finding seeds isn’t as simple as going to the store like in modern-day games. You’ll need to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
Here’s how you can become a master farmer:
Step 1: Find wild plants: Search for wild plants in their native areas, like Garlic in the Savanna. Harvest them to get one Wild-quality crop and one seed.
Step 2: Plant the seeds: Head back to the Village and plant the seeds in the fields on the left side. Use your Waterskin to water them and your Handaxe to clear debris.
Step 3: Keep an eye on the seasons: Crops planted out of season will disappear from your farm, so be mindful of the changing weather.
Step 4: Improve crop quality: As you harvest crops, your clan’s knowledge about the plants will grow. There are five levels of crop quality, from Wild to Best.
Step 5: Buy seeds from Igrork: Once you’ve built the Plant Nursery Idea and given Igrork five crops, you can purchase seeds from him for 20 Contribution each.
