Solution 1: Sign out from Netflix
- Go to Netflix home screen.
- Open the Menu.
- Scroll up or down to locate the Menu Row, then select the gear icon on the right.
- Select Settings > Sign Out > Yes to confirm.
- Sign back in and try Netflix again.
Solution 2: Restart set-top-Box or Streaming Media Player
- Unplug the device from power for at least 1 minute.
- While the device is unplugged, press the power button on the device to discharge it or leave it unplugged for at least 3 minutes.
- Plug the device back in and turn on.
- Try Netflix again.
Solution 3: Restart smart TV
- Unplug smart TV from power for at least 1 minute.
- While your smart TV is unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 5 seconds to discharge it or leave it unplugged for at least 3 minutes.
- Plug smart TV back in and turn on.
- Try Netflix again.
