This article describes which file to choose for the hard drive when creating the virtual machine on the Hyper-V.
Scope
FortiNAC-F 7.0 and greater.
Solution
As per the Installation Guide, download the VM image from the Support Portal.
On version 7.0 and above, there will be two files called:
- datadrive.vhd
- fimghyperv.vhd
The file fimghyperv.vhd needs to be chosen for the Hard Drive during the installation on Hyper-V.
More than one ‘datadrive.vhd’ must be added as a Hard Drive.
