Looking for the final bunker in Sons of the Forest? You’ll find it tucked away on the island’s southeast side, snugly nestled into a large rock formation on the west side of a lake. Getting there isn’t a walk in the park, though. Players have two main routes: they can either trek over the mountain or take the longer route around to reach it.
But once you’re ready to embark on the journey, here’s what you need to know:
Accessing Maintenance Bunker B involves a bit of a scavenger hunt. First, players need to make their way into the Entertainment Bunker, which can be found near the west beach, along a small river. Keep an eye out for a broken-down golf cart near the cave entrance as a landmark.
Once inside the cave, you’ll stumble upon a small room housing a 3D Printer and essential supplies. Head left down the hall until you spot a small opening in the wall. Squeeze through and find yourself in a well-lit modern hallway area with a set of doors beckoning at the end.
Here’s where things get interesting: you’ll need a Maintenance Keycard to swing those doors open. Once inside, brace yourself for a showdown as you encounter mutants roaming the gym and resort area within.
But don’t let that deter you from your mission. Press on deeper into the bunker until you come across a winding staircase. Ascend the stairs to reach the pool bar area, where, tucked away at the back, lies the final keycard waiting to be claimed.
With keycard in hand, it’s time to backtrack to the bar area and unlock the sealed door. Inside, you’ll find the prized POI laptop resting on a table, alongside a printed email.
But the adventure doesn’t end there. Interact with the laptop to unveil the location of Maintenance Bunker B, home to coveted items like the Revolver and the Compound Bow.
Before setting off on this expedition, make sure you’re well-prepared with essential tools like the Shovel, and steel yourself to confront any dangers that may lurk along the way.
