[Solved] How to fix “Unfortunately App has Stopped” Error on Android or iOS Device

Solution 1: Clear Cache or Clear Data for Android device

Step 1: Go to Settings > Apps.

Step 2: Locate the app that you want to clear the cache or data for then tap on Storage

Step 3: Tap Clear Data button to clear app data and Clear Cache to clear app cache.

Solution 2: Reinstall App

For Android device
Step 1: Go to Google Play Store from app drawer > My apps.

Step 2: Get the app the showing the error and uninstall it.

Step 3: Install it again.

For iOS device
Step 1: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage or iPad Storage.

Step 2: Select an app from the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Tap Delete App, confirm, then go head to App Store and re-download it.

Solution 3: Restart Device
