Disney+ subscribers encounter location availability issues with error code 73 when trying to watch media on Disney+, but it seems to be affecting some Disney+ users that live in countries where this service is already available including Canada, Netherlands, United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico.
Disney+ is only available in certain regions. Depending on where you are located, you may not be able to access Disney+. If you believe you are seeing this message in error, contact Disney+ support (error code 73).
There are a couple of methods to allow you to watch content on Disney+ via VPN or Proxy.

Solution 1: Remove VPN client
- Press Windows key + R to open Run box.
- Type
appwiz.cpl
and press Enter to open the Programs and Features screen. - Scroll down through the list of installed applications and locate the VPN client that you’re currently using.
- Right-click on the VPN client that you wish to uninstall and click on Uninstall from the context menu, follow the on-screen prompts and complete the uninstallation.
- Restart your computer.
Solution 2: Remove Proxy server
- Press Windows key + R to open Run box.
- Type
ms-settings:network-proxy
and press Enter to open the Proxy tab of the Settings menu. - Scroll down to the Manual Proxy setup section at the right-hand side menu.
- Toggle OFF the Use a proxy server setting.
- Restart the computer.
