We are announcing platform observability and plug-in performance in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach public preview on September 14, 2026.

How does this affect me?

This feature enables admins to track and quickly act on customizations that may be impacting service health. In the Copilot Service admin center, admins can view which plug-ins are affecting performance SLAs, understand how individual Contact Center scenarios are affected by plug-ins, and receive suggestions about which plug-ins to modify to improve performance.
