Solution
For the read-only admin profile, the user cannot see the interface bandwidth graph when the bandwidth widget is added.
This is due to the restriction of the admin profile to read system info, thus it is not able to populate related data for the bandwidth graph.
To ensure the interface bandwidth graph can be displayed properly in the widget, ‘System’ permission must be ‘Read’.
This allows the widget to access the related data and populate the graph in the widget properly.
