This article describes that EMS does not display the SSL VPN setting under the remote access profile after upgrade from version v7.0.x to v7.2.3 +.

Solution

When upgrading the EMS version from v7.0.x to v7.2.3 and later, it is possible to face the issue EMS does not display the SSL VPN setting under the Remote Access profile and only shows the IPSEC VPN setting.

And FortiClient endpoint will not receive the SSL VPN setting from EMS.

To resolve this, check the EMS features setting.

Log in to EMS > System setting > Features select > Enabled (Tick on the box) for SSL VPN and Save.
