Solved: How do I print all columns and rows together with grid lines in Microsoft Excel?

I was able to print an Excel sheet with all the columns and rows that I have selected using Set Print Area. For some reason now it only prints the last column. How do I print all of the columns and rows together with grid lines in Microsoft Excel?

Solution

Check the Page Setup settings.

Check File > Page Layout > Print Area > Clear Print Area and then try again.

If you want to print the gridlines, choose File > Page Layout > Gridlines checkbox in the Print section.
