Black Ops 6 shakes things up with a fresh Perk system in Multiplayer. Now, Perks are more flexible, and you can combine them for even bigger bonuses. They call these Combat Specialties. Here’s how you can take full advantage of them.

How To Equip Perk Combat Specialties
In the Create-a-Class, you’ll see a slot called a Specialty. At first, it’ll probably be greyed out. Don’t worry—it unlocks once you meet the right conditions.
Perks in Black Ops 6 fall into three main colors:
- Red Perks: Enforcer
- Blue Perks: Recon
- Green Perks: Strategist
To activate a Combat Specialty, you need to equip three Perks of the same color and category. Once that’s done, your Specialty slot will be ready for use.
Combat Specialties Available So Far
Currently, there are three Combat Specialties. Each one boosts your gameplay in different ways:
- Enforcer: After killing enemies, your movement speed and health regeneration temporarily increase.
- Recon: See enemies through walls for a short time after respawning. There’s also a HUD indicator if enemies are off-screen, and you leave no death skulls.
- Strategist: Earn score bonuses for completing objectives or destroying enemy gear. You can also see enemy equipment through walls and deploy your own faster.
A Breakdown of Every Perk in Black Ops 6
Enforcer Perks
- Assassin: Enemies on kill streaks are marked on the minimap. Kill them, and they drop Bounty Packs for extra score.
- Bruiser: Melee kills replenish health and boost your Scorestreak.
- Scavenger: Resupply ammo and equipment from fallen enemies.
- Gung-Ho: Reduce penalties when reloading or using equipment, and reload while sprinting.
- Dexterity: Less weapon motion when jumping or sliding, and reduced fall damage.
- Double Time: Longer Tactical Sprint.
- Bankroll: Start each life with an extra 150 points toward Scorestreaks.
Recon Perks
- Ghost: Stay off enemy UAV Radar when moving or controlling Scorestreaks.
- Ninja: Move quietly and reduce footstep sounds.
- Engineer: See enemy equipment and Scorestreaks through walls.
- Tracker: See enemy footsteps. Aiming down sights pings enemies.
- Forward Intel: Increases minimap range and shows enemy direction indicators.
- Vigilance: See a HUD icon whenever you appear on enemy minimaps. Immune to Counter UAVs and Scrambler effects.
- Cold-Blooded: Undetectable by thermal optics and AI targeting. Player-controlled Scorestreaks can’t see you.
Strategist Perks
- Flak Jacket: Reduces explosive and fire damage.
- Tac Mask: Resistant to flashbangs, concussion grenades, and neuro gas.
- Dispatcher: Reduced score cost for non-lethal Scorestreaks.
- Fast Hands: Swap weapons faster and throw back grenades with extended fuses.
- Quartermaster: Equipment recharges over time.
- Guardian: Heal faster when capturing or holding objectives. Revive teammates faster.
- Gearhead: Gain two Field Upgrade charges and increase the recharge rate. You can also hack enemy equipment.
