Step 1: Access Your Collections

  1. Open the Google Maps app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the Saved tab at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Create a New Collection

  1. Within the Your list section, tap the New list command.
  2. Give your collection a descriptive name and add an optional description.
  3. Choose the privacy settings for your collection:
    • Private: Only you can access it.
    • Shared: Share it with specific people.
    • Public: Anyone can find and view it.

Step 3: Add Places to Your Collection

  1. Search for a location or navigate to it on the map.
  2. Tap the location’s name or icon.
  3. Select Save and choose the relevant collection.

  • Let colleagues, friends, or family members add their favorite spots.
  • Collaborate on lists of restaurants, attractions, or essential stops.
