Picture-in-Picture (PIP) Mode enhances multitasking by allowing a video to play in a small overlay window while you navigate other apps. Chrome for Android is introducing this convenient feature, enabling users to minimize a tab into PIP Mode.
This displays the site’s favicon, title, and URL in a compact view. Users can interact with the PIP window by expanding, closing, or accessing settings directly from the overlay.
