  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. Look for Content Maturity under this section.
  5. If the voice chat option is missing, don’t panic! Tap Account Info on the left menu instead.

  7. Tap Add Phone, then enter your number.
  8. Complete verification by following the instructions sent to your phone (usually via SMS).
  9. Once your phone number is verified, go back to Privacy.
  10. Under Content Maturity, tap Communication.
  11. You should now see the voice chat toggle option. Switch it on, and you’re good to go!

A Few Quick Notes

  • Roblox requires users to be at least 13 years old for voice chat access. Make sure your account meets this requirement.
  • Verifying both your phone number and email increases account credibility and unlocks features like voice chat.
  • If a parent manages your account, they might need to adjust communication settings for you.

Roblox hides voice chat for accounts that aren’t fully verified or don’t meet age requirements. It’s a security feature designed to protect younger users or incomplete profiles. If you’ve followed these steps and still can’t find voice chat, double-check that your app is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, restarting the app or device helps too!
