Step 1: Log in to AT&T account.

To opt out of Enhanced Relevant Advertising program
Step 1: Log in to AT&T account.
Step 2: Go to the Manage Your Privacy Choices page.
Step 3: Select Enhanced Relevant Advertising option under Control how we use your data.
Step 4: Scroll down and toggle all option to No.
Step 5: If you are the account owner and there are multiple phone lines on your plan, select the Restrict User option to make sure the other phones numbers can be opted in.
To opt out of External Marketing & Analytics Reports program
Step 1: Log in to AT&T account.
Step 2: Go to the Manage Your Privacy Choices page.
Step 3: Select External Marketing & Analytics Reports option under Control how we use your data.
Step 4: Scroll down to locate the Account option, toggle the Allow use option to No on your phone number, and, if you have one, any number on your family plan.
