Question
In Exchange 2013, I try to export mailbox to PST to a network share but the export process stuck queued. I have removed all export mailbox requests using PowerShell command and tried to export one small mailbox but the still stuck queued also.

The status detail message as below:
StatusDetail : StalledDueToSource_Processor
I have checked and confirm that Exchange server’s CPU is not overloaded and hovering around 25%.
Solution
Disable the throttling policy on the processor, verify that computer/exchange server has permission to write on the share drive, and the share (file) server is not overused.
You should also be aware that there are no throttling policies that can be adjusted for our Exchange hybrid customers to speed up hybrid migrations. Not for the tenant admin, and not for the Microsoft support. We simply do not have adjustable throttling policies for this type of migrations.
