Step 1: Open the browser and visit the official Xbox Live Status page.

Step 2: Verify whether any of the services are currently unavailable.

Step 1: Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide menu.

Step 2: Select the gear icon to access the All settings menu.

Step 3: Select the Network tab then access the Network Settings menu.

Step 1: Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide menu.

Step 2: Select the gear icon to access the All settings menu.

Step 3: Go to Access Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.

Step 4: Choose the account to remove > select Remove.

Step 5: Select Close and restart Xbox One.

Step 6: Turn off the console from the Xbox Power button then leave it off for about 10 seconds.

Step 1: Go to the main dashboard.

Step 2: Press and hold the Power button located at the front of  Xbox One for 10 seconds or more until you see that the front LED is turned off completely then let go of the power button.

Step 3: Disconnect the power cable from the power source and waiting for a full minute.

Step 4: Plugin back the power cable to the power source, turn the console back on.
