Solution 1: Enable Download over metered connections
Step 1: Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
Step 2: Toggle on or check the Download over metered connections. This setting will apply to all the connected devices on metered connections including Bluetooth devices which are not listed on the page.
Step 3: Restart your PC.
Remark: Once you’ve finished downloading devices updates, you can turn this setting off to avoid unexpected charges when you’re on a metered network.
