Solution 1: Remove network card driver from Device Manager

Step 1: Go on Start and search for Device Manager.

Step 2: Expand the Network adapters, right-click on the NIC driver to select Uninstall device option from the context menu.

Step 3: After the NIC driver uninstalls completed, reboot your PC.

Step 4: Windows will reinstall the NIC driver.

Solution 2: Disable Dell pre-installed software

Step 1: Press Windows key + R to open a Run dialogue box.

Step 2: Type services.msc and click the OK button.

Step 3: Locate Rivet Dynamic Bandwidth Management and SmartByte Network Service from the list of services, right-click on it, and choose Properties from the context menu.

Step 4: Click the Stop button and change the Startup type to Disable.
