Solution 1: Update Microsoft Edge

Step 1: Open the Microsoft Edge browser.

Solution 3: Use other browsers

Some of the users at various discussion groups reported that turning off the Use hardware acceleration when available option may fix the D7356 error. But disabling the hardware acceleration option resulted in another error D7701-1003. You may like to login to Netflix using other browsers instead of Microsoft’s Edge Chromium browser because it was basically a browser-related problem.

If streaming using a browser brings you so much trouble, you can always use the dedicated Netflix app on mobile or smart TVs to stream content without much interruption.

Solution 5: Customise 3D settings for the browser

Note: This workaround is only applicable for Microsoft Edge Beta using the Integrated Graphics card.

Step 1: Go to Start and search for Control Panel.
