and press Enter to open Programs and Features menu.
Step 3: Scroll down through the list of installed applications and locate the LifeCam HD installation. Right-click on it and choose Uninstall from the context menu.
Step 4: Follow the instructions to complete the uninstallation, then restart your PC.
Step 5: Visit the Microsoft Accessories Support page using the browser to download firmware, drivers, and software for Microsoft LifeCam cameras. The current list as below:

Step 3: Scroll through the list of installed devices and expand the drop-down menu associated with Cameras. Right-click on the entry associated with LifeCam and click on Update driver from the context menu.
