Sign Out/Logout Account on Console

For Xbox

  1. Press the Return button to navigate to home screen.
  2. Press on the Xbox button on the console.
  3. Scroll to the left to highlight the profile name.
  4. Select Sign Out from the menu.

For PS4

  1. Press the PS4 button and select Settings from the list.
  2. Click on the Account Management > Sign out.
  3. Wait for at least 5 minutes and sign in again your account.

Switch User on PS4 Console

  1. Press the PS4 button on the console and click on Power > Switch User.
  2. Select a different user or create a new one if there is only a single user on your PS4 console.
  3. Launch Fortnite.
  4. Click on the Log in option when prompted to enter Epic Account.
  5. Navigate back to the Power > Switch User.
  6. Switch back to the user previously.
