Solution 1: Clear Microsoft Teams login cache in Credentials Manager
Step 1: Press the Ctrl + Shift + Esc key to open the Task Manager.
Step 2: Select the Microsoft Teams process.
Step 3: Click on the End task button.
Step 4: Type credential manager
in the search box on the taskbar.
Step 5: Select the Credential Manager to access the Microsoft Teams app login credential.
Step 6: Under Generic Credentials, delete all the entry start with msteams_adalsso/adal_context_segments
and MicrosoftAccount:user=
Step 7: Restart your device.
Solution 2: Run in Windows 8 compatibility mode
Step 1: Press the Ctrl + Shift + Esc key to open the Task Manager.
Step 2: Select the Microsoft Teams process.
Step 3: Click on the End task button.
Step 4: Press the Windows + E key to open the File Explorer.
Step 5: Paste the following address in the address bar at the top and press the Enter key: %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Teams\current\
Step 6: Locate and select the Microsoft Teams app executable file called Teams.exe from the current folder.
Step 7: Right-click on the Teams.exe icon and select the Properties option from the contect menu. Alternatively, press the Alt + Enter key to open the Properties window.
Step 8: Switch to the Compatibility tab.
Step 9: Check the box for the Run this program in compatibility mode for option.
Step 10: Select the Windows 8 option from the drop-down menu.
Step 11: Click on the OK button to apply and save the changes.
Step 12: Restart your device.
