We are expanding health monitoring capabilities in the Pro Management Portal (PMP) for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android. Additional device health signals will be available, including storage health, Teams meeting app health, calendar synchronization health, secondary display health, and network health.
When issues are detected, PMP will automatically generate actionable alerts and support ticket creation workflows, helping IT administrators proactively identify and resolve room issues before they affect meeting experiences. This update provides a health monitoring experience that is more consistent with Teams Rooms on Windows and helps improve room reliability and readiness.
