Microsoft Message

We are enhancing the Teams Premium usage report in the Microsoft Teams admin center (TAC) to include usage data for the Queues app. The Queues app is a Teams Premium capability designed to help users manage call queue workflows more efficiently.

With this update, tenant administrators will be able to view active Queues app usage within the existing Teams Premium usage report, providing greater visibility into Teams Premium feature adoption and utilization across their organization.

Rollout Schedule

Worldwide: Rollout will begin in late August 2026 and is expected to complete by mid-September 2026.
