We are introducing the ability to pop out Copilot Chat into a separate floating window in Outlook for Mac and iPad. This enhancement gives users greater flexibility when working with Copilot Chat alongside Outlook, making it easier to switch contexts, manage email, and access Outlook controls while keeping Copilot Chat visible.
Rollout Schedule
General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout begins in late August 2026 (previously mid-August) and is expected to complete by mid-September 2026.

- A Return button allows users to move Copilot Chat back into the main Outlook window.
