We are announcing the ability to analyze and monitor the performance of your Generative AI-powered copilot agents by tracking key analytics metrics and KPIs for categorized themes of user questions in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature will reach general availability on November 15, 2025.
How does this affect me?
This feature allows you to gain visibility into how your copilot agents perform by viewing questions grouped into themes, each with metrics such as total number of questions, response rate, user satisfaction, and trend analysis. Themes allow customers to understand what users are asking their agents about and the performance of each theme. Customers create an initial list of themes and new GenAI questions are automatically classified into themes based on name and description.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
