On December 1, 2025, Dynamics 365 Sales, sales usage reports will have reached end of support due to limitations with customization, sources used for tracking, and low usage. Documentation of the deprecated features is available at Removed or deprecated features in Dynamics 365 Sales.
How does this affect me?
Once this goes into effect, you won’t be able to access reports to view historical operational metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs) of your contacts, accounts, leads, or opportunities.
What action do I need to take?
As an alternative, we recommend that you build custom Power BI reports to get a comprehensive view into your user’s interactions.
