The Tinted option increases the opacity of user interface elements, making text and icons stand out more clearly. This adjustment offers a middle ground, improving legibility without completely disabling the new design aesthetic. It is a more direct solution than using the “Reduce Transparency” feature in Accessibility settings.
How to Enable Tinted Mode
You can find the new Liquid Glass setting in the beta software for both iOS and macOS.
On iOS: Navigate to Settings, select Display & Brightness, and then tap Liquid Glass.
On macOS: Open System Settings, click on Appearance, and find the Liquid Glass option.
