According to data from allestörungen.de, a noticeable spike in reported outages began around 9:33 AM local time. The reports peaked near 10:33 AM before showing signs of subsiding. Although the volume of reports—reaching just under 200 at the peak—indicates that the disruption may be localized rather than widespread, it is clear that some users have been affected.
