To truly excel, you’ll want to unlock all five Curio slots, allowing you to equip more Curio and significantly boost your power.
Here’s how to unlock Curio slots 3, 4, and 5:
- Complete Chen Loong’s questline in Chapter 3 to access Zodiac Village. Find Chen Loong at Bitter Lake > North Shore of the Bitter Lake, defeat him, and then start his quest.
- Obtain medicine from Xu Dog in Crouching Tiger Temple > Cellar and give it to Chen Loong to cure him and unlock Zodiac Village.
- In Zodiac Village, locate Yin Tiger the Blacksmith and challenge him to a battle. Defeating him unlocks the 3rd Curio slot.
- To unlock the 4th and 5th slots, repeat steps 1-3 in each subsequent New Game+ playthrough. After each victory against Yin Tiger, talk to him and select the “Equip More Curio” option.
