How to send log file to the TAC for opened ticket

This article describes how to attach logs to the active ticket when working with TAC.

Solution

Step 1: Login to the account at www.support.fortinet.com

Step 2: Go under Support and select ‘Manage Tickets‘.

Step 3: ‘Double-click’ on the ticket to send the file to.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the ticket,and find the attachment section.

Step 5: Attach the file to the ticket.

Note: Make sure to write something in the comment section, otherwise the file cannot be attached.
