Defeat the Black Loong Boss
- Acquire Loong Scales to summon the boss
- Go to Yellow Wind Ridge > Fright Cliff > Rockrest Flat Shrine
- Follow the stairs on the right and clear the sand wall
- Open the large gate and proceed through the sandstorm
- Defeat the Black Loong Boss to obtain 2 Refined Iron Sand from the spawned chest
Purchase from the Store at Sand Gate Bound Shrine
- Travel to Yellow Wind Ridge > Secret: Kingdom of Sahali > Sandgate Bound Shrine
- Interact with the Shrine and access the Store
- Buy 1 Refined Iron Sand for 1200 Will
Complete a Side Quest
- Start at Yellow Wind Ridge > Fright Cliff > Rockrest Flat Shrine
- Head straight and take a left towards the Drunken Pig Area
- Locate the NPC and initiate the quest
- Complete the quest to receive your final Refined Iron Sand
