How to create and schedule Report Bundle using predefined Reports

This article describes the steps to create and schedule a report bundle using a group of predefined reports.

Step 1: Create a new report bundle:

Go to Resources > Reports > Report Bundles and select the plus icon at the top.

Step 2: Create the New Report Group with a name and add the reports needed here:

Step 3: Now, select the newly created Report bundle. Notice the additional icons on top of the folder tree:

Step 4: Use the default actions to Add or Edit single reports (New and Edit button) or to Import/Export reports using the ‘More’ button.

Step 5: In order to schedule the report bundle, select the clock icon:

Step 6: Select the plus icon, then select the appropriate values for the schedule.

Make sure the report time range is correct, as this will be the same for all included reports.

Step 7: To choose how to structure the report bundle (which tables and charts will be included), follow these steps:

Click on the Report Design button.

Click on the Report Design button.

Step 8: By default, the design will include default designs of each single report on separate pages.

These can be edited in order to gather relevant information.

When adding a table or a chart, the relevant report can be chosen:

Note that only one report table can be added per page.

Make sure to select the correct number of items in the table or chart.

Step 9: In order to Run/Test the report bundle, use the Export button:
