  3. Look for the Quick Step you want to change. You’ll see a pencil icon next to it—click that to edit.
  4. Once you’re in the settings window, you have several options:
    • Change, add, or remove actions.
    • Rename the Quick Step if you want to make it more meaningful.
    • Update the description so it’s easier to understand at a glance.
    • Adjust or remove any keyboard shortcuts for easier access.
  5. When you’re done making your changes, hit “Save.” If you change your mind, simply click “Discard” to undo everything.
