Genshin Impact rewards curious adventurers who explore beyond the map. Mysterious Ore, a quest item without a map label, exemplifies this design philosophy. To acquire and use Arkhium Stock, you must first gather seven Mysterious Ores scattered throughout Fontaine.
- Complete the “Road to Singularity” quest to find an Ore near the rewards chest.
- During the “Unfinished Comedy” questline, look for an Ore in the Geode Mine Shaft.
- Collect an Ore while accompanying Sevgine in “Treacherous Light of Depths.”
- Dive into a waterfall near a small island and defeat the Thorny Cyst creature to obtain an Ore.
- Search the top level of the Experimental Field Generator boss area for an Ore.
- Southeast of the Central Laboratory ruins, find an Ore atop a giant robotic structure.
- Near the Central Laboratory ruins, destroy the rubble underneath the Allogravity-Condensed Water Body to uncover the final Ore.
After collecting all seven Mysterious Ores, they’ll automatically form Arkhium Stock. To use it, head to Bravais’ Press Works in the Liffey Region via the Geode Mine Shaft, Millennial Pearl Seahorse, or Kuisel’s Clockwork Workshop. Insert the Arkhium Stock into the glowing mechanism and solve the pipeline puzzle:
- Rotate the eastern handwheel twice to stop the gas leak.
- Retrieve the missing southern handwheel from nearby enemies and turn it once.
- Turn the northwestern handwheel twice to fix the leak.
Activate the Forging Press Device by pressing it when it emits a circular light until it overheats. Defeat the Pyro Slime enemies and use a Hydro/Cryo character to handle the heat window. Activate the Cooling System by breaking the rock underneath the Hydroculus to flood the area. Press the Power System again until it stalls.
Finally, dive into the water to free the Xenochromatic Jellyfish, absorb its ability to defeat the spawning enemies, activate the Emergency Drainage Function behind the Power Supply System, and follow the prompts to forge the Arkhium Lumenite. Use it to unlock a secret room south of the Experimental Field Generator for valuable rewards.
