Stalker 2 is a wild ride. Money matters. Coupons are your lifeline. They help you buy gear, upgrade weapons, and keep your character alive in the harsh world of the Zone. I’ve stumbled upon a glitch that can turn your wallet into a bottomless pit of coupons. Let’s dive into how to do this.
Table of Contents
Step 1: Find the Right Spot
You need to be playing on PC. I’m using the Steam version, so that’s what I’ll focus on. Head over to Zissa, the first major settlement you encounter. There’s a trader named Hamster there. He’s your ticket to infinite cash.
Step 2: Gather Your Ammo
Before you see Hamster, make sure your inventory is packed with ammo. I’m talking about a big bundle here. The more, the better!
When you meet Hamster, go into his trade menu. Check what he’s selling. If he has the same ammo type as what you’re holding, buy all of it. I once bought 90 rounds of buckshot from him!
Step 3: The Magic of Selling and Returning
Drag your ammo into the sell pile and press F to sell all. You’ll see a number pop up—let’s say it’s 4,182 coupons.
Now, here’s the trick: drag that ammo back into your inventory. Watch that number shoot up! It might jump to 12,792 coupons.
After that, click to confirm the transaction and press F again to return all your ammo back to you. Voila! You just made money out of thin air.
Step 4: Repeat for Maximum Profit
Do this a few times, and you’ll see your coupon count skyrocket. I went from around 30,000 coupons to over half a million! It felt like winning the lottery.
You can sell any type of ammo—just make sure Hamster doesn’t have it in stock when you start selling.
Is It Cheating?
Now, some folks might say this is cheating. But remember, Stalker 2 is a single-player game. You’re not messing with anyone else’s experience; you’re just giving yourself an edge in a tough world. If you want to experiment with different weapons and gear without worrying about money, this glitch is perfect for you.
So there you have it! This glitch can be a game-changer if used wisely. Test out new weapons, buy spare ammo, and enjoy your time in the Zone without financial stress!
