Solution 1: Make sure Xbox is up-to-date
- Press Xbox Guide button.
- Go to Settings > System.
- Click on Updates and make sure it is up-to-date. If it is not, then update it.

If you are connected to Wi-Fi, then connect to mobile data via hotspot and then check.

Solution 3: Delete the profile data for Call of Duty

- Go to My games & apps > See all.

- Click on Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
- Here, click on your Profile and then select DELETE FROM CONSOLE.
Solution 4: Clear Call of Duty’s cache files
- Press Xbox Guide button.
- Go to My games & apps > See all.
- Look for Call of Duty game and highlight it.
- Then press Menu and select Manage game and add-ons.
- Click on Saved data > Reserved space.

You will see that Profile is deleted automatically, if not then delete profile. Make sure you click Delete from console when deleting.

Solution 6: Clear alternate MAC address

- In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings.
- Go to DNS settings > Manual.
- Enter 8.8.8.8 for Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 for Secondary DNS.
- You can also use 1.1.1.1 for Primary DNS and 1.0.0.1 for Secondary DNS.
- Now, launch the game and check.
