Solution 1: Restart Battle.net launcher
- Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
- Look for both Battle.net and Battle.net Update Agent in the list of running processes.
- Right-click on each and select End Task. Relaunch the Battle.net launcher.
- Launch the game and check prblem solved or not.
Solution 2: Restart Steam (for Steam users)
- Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
- Look for Steam, Steam Client Service and Steam Client WebHelper in the list of running processes.
- Right-click on each and select End Task. Relaunch the Steam.
- Launch the game and check problem solved or not.
Solution 3: Verify integrity of game files
- Open Steam and go to Library. Right-click on Call of Duty and select Properties.
- Go to Installed Files tab and click on Verify integrity of game files.
- Now, launch the game and check.
For Battle.net users
- Open Battle.net launcher, select Call of Duty and click on the Gear icon (Settings) next to Play button.
- Click on Scan and Repair > Begin Scan > Yes.
- Once the scan is complete, launch the game again and check.
Solution 4: Re-install CoD Base Game and Only BO6
- Just uninstall Call of Duty game from your device.
- Restart your device and then re-install CoD base game and only Black Ops 6 related content packs.
