Solution 1: Restart Battle.net launcher

1. Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
2. Look for both Battle.net and Battle.net Update Agent in the list of running processes.
3. Right-click on each and select End Task. Relaunch the Battle.net launcher.
4. Launch the game and check prblem solved or not.

Solution 2: Restart Steam (for Steam users)

1. Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
