Solution 1: Turn off compatibility mode for Steam
- Click on the small arrow icon from the Taskbar and right-click on Steam logo > Exit Steam.
- In Windows Search, search for Steam and right-click on it and select Open file location.
- Right-click on steam and select Properties.
- Go to Compatibility tab and uncheck Run this program in compatibility mode for & Run this program as administrator (if it is checked).
- Lastly, click on Apply > OK.
- Launch Steam and launch the game.

Solution 2: Turn off compatibility mode for THRONE AND LIBERTY
- Launch the Steam and navigate to your Library.
- Right-click THRONE AND LIBERTY and select Manage > Browse local files. It will open the gme installation folder.
- Right-click THRONE AND LIBERTY exe file and select Properties.
- Go to Compatibility tab and uncheck Run this program in compatibility mode for & Run this program as administrator (if it is checked).

Solution 3: Check for THRONE AND LIBERTY game update
- Launch Steam.
- Go to Library.
- Select the THRONE AND LIBERTY game, check for updates, and update the game, if available.

Make sure your net is working properly and have strong network.
In Windows Search, type “CMD“, right-click on “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator“.
In the command prompt, you have to type 3 line of code and press the Enter key:

- In Windows Search, type Control Panel and open it.

- Select Use the following DNS server addresses.
- In the Preferred DNS server, enter 8.8.8.8.
- In the Alternate DNS server, enter 8.8.4.4.
- Click on OK and close the Windows.
- Restart your PC and then check if your problem is fixed or not.
- If not, then in the Preferred DNS server, enter 1.1.1.1.
- In the Alternate DNS server, enter 1.0.0.1.
- Click on OK and close the Windows.
- Restart your PC and then check if your problem is fixed or not.

If you want, then you can connect to any reputed VPN. Now launch the game and see if this work.
Solution 7 : Wait for a patch from developers
Developer release the patch frequently to fix error and bugs. So, check for game update or wait for a patch from developer to resolve the issue.
