How can you delete categories in Outlook?

Why bother? Deleting categories makes your Outlook tidy. No one wants a cluttered desk, right? You can always create that category again if you need it later. But remember, deleting it doesn’t wipe it from emails or tasks. The label sticks around, even if the color goes.

So, keeping your categories neat helps you focus. Just like cleaning out your closet makes it easier to find what you need.
