Restrict Who Can View Status Updates

Step 1: Go to Settings > Accounts > Privacy > Status.

Step 2: Select Only Share With, click on the green check mark without selecting any contact.

Prevent People From Viewing Profile Photo

Step 1: Go to Settings > Accounts > Privacy > Profile Photo.

Step 2: Select Nobody.

Turn Off Last Seen Timestamp

Step 1: Go to Settings  > Account > Privacy > Last seen.

Step 2: Select Nobody.

Choose Who Can View About Message

Step 1: Go to Settings > Accounts > Privacy > About.

Step 2: Select Nobody.

Share Live Location

Step 1: Disable the location permission of WhatsApp in App Permissions setting.

Step 2: The Live Location in WhatsApp Settings > Accounts > Privacy > Live Location will show the message “You aren’t sharing live location in any chats“.

Hide Read Receipt Status

Step 1: Go to Settings > Accounts > Privacy > Read receipts.

Step 2: Uncheck it to turn off.

Blocking Contacts

Step 1: Click on the contact you wish to block.

Step 2: Click on their name to show their details.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Block.
