Genshin Impact changed how I see games on my phone. Before, I thought mobile games were just quick distractions. They felt like short comics, not full stories. Console games were like movies—deep and rich. But when I played Genshin Impact, everything felt different. The world was big. The music was beautiful. The story kept me playing. I felt like I was on an adventure, not just passing time.

Kinoko Nasu, who wrote Fate/Stay Night, noticed this too. He said in an interview that Genshin Impact closed the gap between mobile and console games. He remembered when making a good mobile game was hard. People didn’t expect much from games on their phones. They wanted something fast, something simple. But Genshin Impact changed that idea.
