When Azure finishes provisioning the instance, it shows the error message: OSProvisioningTimedOut:

When trying to console into the unit, the error message ‘Cannot find persistent storage disk. A temporary storage disk will be used’ appear:

Step 1: Navigate to the respective Resource Groups.

Step 2: Select the particular problematic Azure FortiSandbox Virtual Machine instance.

Step 3: Navigate to Settings > Disks and select ‘Create and attach a new disk’ under the Data Disks section.

Step 4: Create a new data disk and attach it to the Virtual Machine.
