Stuck with a blank screen when trying to launch Black Ops 6? Let’s sort this out. Imagine getting ready for some action, only to have your screen go completely black. Frustrating, right? Follow these steps to get back to the battlefield quickly.
- Open the Start menu on your PC.
- Head to Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security.
- Go to Firewall & Network Protection.
- Now, select Domain Network and temporarily disable the Microsoft Defender Firewall.
- Confirm by pressing “Yes.”
- Repeat the process with Private Network. Again, disable the firewall and confirm with “Yes.”
- Finally, disable the firewall for Public Network and confirm.
- Launch Black Ops 6 and see if the issue resolves.
When you’re done and want to restore your firewall settings, return to Firewall & Network Protection and hit “Restore Settings.”
Each step might feel small, but collectively, they could be the difference between playing or watching a black screen.
