Step 1: Open up Adobe Bridge.
Step 2: Go to Help > Updates.
Step 3: It will launch Adobe Application Manager for update
Step 4: Updates your Adobe’s software.

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0\
Rename the file AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat to AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat.old
Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAmUpdaterInventory/1.0
Delete the file AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat
Updates option will now be available in the Cloud apps.
